Bible Heroes have their faith stories written in the Bible.

Bible Heroes loved God, had a relationship with Him, obeyed Him, served people.

Exercise 1: What made Daniel a hero? Take 1 minute to think about your answer.

Daniel was a hero because he did not bow down to any other gods. He was a man of Godly character. He spent much time in prayer.

Exercise 2: Write down 5 things that show a Godly character. Godly character is trying to act just like God’s character, trying to behave like God does.

Exercise 3: How can you be a hero like Daniel? Think about 5 things that you can do to be Godly at home.

Exercise 4: Daniel prayed to God 3 times each day. This helped him to be filled with faith and wisdom. Take a few minutes to pray to God and ask Him to fill you with Godly character.

Take some time to read over these verses and memorize them!

1 Timothy 6:11 But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.

Matthew 6:6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
